We may be coming to an area near you to assist you with the following:
Registering for Orientation- We'll help you log in to your Blue and Gold Connection and select your orientation session. We'll also help you submit your orientation deposit via the MoneyConnect Login link. Forms of payment accepted include: Credit Cards (MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club) and ACH draft from checking account. Please note that Visa is NOT accepted.
Collecting Bacterial Meningitis Information - Students will not be permitted to attend Hoggie Days or register for classes unless valid documentation is on file with Student Health and Wellness. Valid vaccination records, affidavits or certificates will be accepted at Javelina Roundup. For more information on bacterial meningitis requirements, click here.
Collecting Housing Applications- Students with less than 30 hours are required to live on campus unless they have been granted an exemption. You can find the housing application online by clicking here.
Helping you Accept Your Financial Aid Award- We'll help you Go to Blue and Gold and log in. Click on Student and Financial Aid. Next, click on Financial Aid. Click on Award. Then, click on Award for Aid Year. Select the year you are apply for in the drop down box and click submit. Click on the Terms and Conditions tab. You MUST accept the terms and conditions before you can accept or reject an award offer. After you have accepted the terms and conditions, click on Accept Award offer. You may review your award package and accept or reject the offers on this page. Grants will automatically be disbursed IF you have accepted the terms and conditions. If you have been awarded a Direct Student Loan you will also need to complete loan entrance counseling and your master promissory note. For more information please click here.
Collecting Official Transcripts and Official Test Scores (stamped on transcripts) – We will accept transcripts that are handed to us directly from a high school or community college official or that are in an officially sealed envelope.
Answering Questions Regarding TSI – The Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requires students to be assessed in reading, writing and mathematical skills before enrolling in a Texas public college or university. Students are required to complete the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) assessment tests before enrolling at Texas A&M University-Kingsville unless exempt. Students are encouraged to take the placement testing before their new student orientation program so they will not miss any of the orientation program or have trouble registering for certain classes.
