Apply for Graduation

If you are a December 2023 Graduate…

DEADLINE FOR ALL DECEMBER 2023 APPLICATIONS IS AUGUST 21, 2023

  1. Beginning April 3, 2023, use the Blue & Gold Connection to fill out and submit the online application for graduation.  For a step-by-step application reference guide, please click here.  By submitting your application for graduation, you are placing yourself in line for electronic, academic advising.  So that the process is fair for all students, applications are reviewed and processed in the order in which they are received.  It is possible that your application may not be processed before your Priority Registration date arrives.  You should still register, for all courses that you anticipate you will need when your registration date arrives.  You can always make changes to your schedule if needed after your application has been reviewed.  If you still have an advising hold, please contact your previous advisor to have it removed.
  1. Once the review of your application is complete, you will receive an email confirmation (at your student email address).
If you are approved, you will receive an email (at your student email address) with further instructions for graduation and a list of courses that you must be enrolled in for the Spring 2023 semester.  The list of courses you receive is equivalent to and will take the place of a traditional advising session. An in-person advising session is not required.

If you are denied, you will receive an email (at your student email address) with the reason for denial and a list of the remaining courses you will need to register for and complete in order to graduate.  The list of courses you receive is equivalent to and will take the place of a traditional advising session. An in-person advising session is not required.
