     Activities

  1. Participated in a demonstration of a physical relief map which simulated surface water flows of  the Arroyo-Colorado river system at the 2011 HESTEC Conference at the University of Texas -  Pan American in Edinburg, Texas. The demonstration was given to an audience of school children and parents who attended the conference.

 

  1. Participated in the ‘Bigger Event’ Clean-Up sponsored by the City of Kingsville, Texas and Texas A&M University-Kingsville in both 2012 and 2013 where TAMUK student organization members clean up various public spaces. Duties included the removal of trash and repainting in a city park and cleaning up a local business establishment.
