The Center for Negotiation in the College of Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Kingsville has scheduled a seminar and a workshop for Sept. 23-24.

A seminar, entitled Negotiating across Cultures, will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, in room 104 of the Business Administration Building. This seminar focuses on the importance of recognizing and adapting to cultural differences between negotiating parties. The cost for the seminar is $25.

A workshop on Reading Non-Verbal Cues and Clues will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, also in room 104 of the Business Administration Building. This workshop will teach what different non-verbals represent and how they can be used to improve one’s ability to understand others. The cost for the workshop is $50.
