The Best of Both Worlds – Where do Orff & Kodály meet? In elemental forms! Spend the day exploring the masterful compositions in small forms of these two talented
composers. Experience ways to blend the singing, barred instruments, movement, literacy tools and artistic music making for which these instructional approaches are
known through these accessible mini masterworks.

Kathy is currently the Director of Fine Arts for the Plano Independent School District, Founder and Coordinator of the Plano Kodály Teacher Training Program, and lead
instructor for the partnership training program with Southern Methodist University (SMU). Kathy’s current teaching activities include two levels of Folk Music Research

Schulwerk practices.
