College of Engineering and KISD to Host Family STEM Night

The Texas A&M- Kingsville Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering and the Kingsville Independent School District have come together to provide an opportunity to engage students in a fun and productive way.

Falling in Love with STEM Family Night will take place from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. February 9, 2017 at John S. Gillett Intermediate School, 1007 N. 17th St, in Kingsville.

The event will showcase the STEM disciplines of science, technology, engineering and math and allow the community to engage with A&M-Kingsville students and faculty as well as KISD teachers.

Families in the Kingsville area will be able to spend time together learning about STEM while having fun and participating in events for all ages. Activities featured include drones, dancing robots, a bionic hand and 3D printer.
