The Fourth Annual Javelina Music Day sponsored by the National Association for Music Education will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Bellamah Music Building at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. The special day is free and open to the public.

Different music stations including an instruments petting zoo, movement and dance, international culture and music and iPad games will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. At 1 p.m. a lullaby concert will be held in room 106.

The featured speaker will be Amy Bruton Bluemel, a gifted storyteller and educator. She will perform at 11 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Raised in a military family, Bluemel lived in Germany, Okinawa, Turkey and Scotland before returning to her Chickasaw roots in the United States.
