Texas A&M-Kingsville department to host public viewing of moon, Mars, Saturn

The physics and geosciences department at Texas A&M University-Kingsville will host their first Earth and Space Science Evening of the new school year in Hill Hall, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11.


The viewing includes two 45-minute programs from the award-winning television series How the Earth was Made, one beginning at 7:30 p.m. and the other beginning at 8:30 p.m. The movie will be shown in room 119 in Hill Hall.


The focus on the astronomy viewing, beginning at 8 p.m. will be the Moon, Mars and Saturn.
