Jesus De La Rosa, associate professor of art at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, currently has a print on display in the New Prints 2017/Winter exhibit at the International Print Center New York. De La Rosa’s work was one of 50 pieces chosen by a juried panel from over 2,000 prints. The exhibit will be on display until Saturday, March 25. Texas A&M University-Kingsville has released the names of the students who made the President’s List, Dean’s List and Honor Roll for the fall 2016 semester. In order to qualify for the prestigious President’s List, a student must be enrolled in at least 15 semester hours and have a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester. Texas A&M Univeristy - Kingsville alumni Eric Martinez was named the 2016-2017 Teacher of the Year at Marvin Baker Middle School. Martinez currently works for the Corpus Christi Independent School District where he teaches seventh grade Texas history at Marvin Baker Middle School.
