New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation sessions are now online for summer and fall 2020!

Undergraduate First Time Students

Start your journey by connecting with your academic advisor, registering for courses, and getting a head start on your upcoming semester at a new student orientation-online program. The sessions are designed to prepare incoming freshmen and new undergraduate students who have fewer than 12 transferable college credit hours after high school graduationRegister today!

We are offering sessions at a discount of $35 to introduce you to campus and meet with your advisor. You may visit campus through a virtual campus tour or view more information about university highlights (face-to-face sessions will be available after the stay-at-home orders are lifted).

Your orientation session will be self-paced and will take about an hour to complete. You may return to the resource guide as you need it during your first year at Texas A&M-Kingsville. While you can take the online orientation at any time, we have special sessions set up for you to talk to a financial aid advisor and to meet other Javelinas at planned times on your registration date. Those sessions will be unique to you and the orientation you chose.
