An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), sometimes referred to as a VPAT, is a document that outlines how a product conforms to various accessibility criteria. ACRs for software used by Texas A&M University-Kingsville are compiled in the ACR Repository. This online repository is used to determine whether each software is approved for use, depending on the accessibility evaluation.

Websites, web applications, purchasing, maintaining, developing or using software or hardware must comply with the Texas EIR Accessibility statues and rules. If it is not possible, a Digital Accessibility Exception Request form will be required.

The Digital Accessibility Exception Request form previously known as Ellucian Workflow with JNET Employee Quick Links has also been updated. If asked to submit an exception form, please use this new form, select Texas A&M University Kingsville under the Agency drop-down menu.
