Agriculture and Natural Resources Graduate Programs
The Dick and Mary Lewis Kleberg College of Agriculture and Natural Resources boasts some very unique graduate degree programs found only in South Texas. In fact, we offer the only master’s degree program in ranch management in the world, and an environmental systems management master's degree where graduates will obtain a certificate in business management. Students will find many unique research opportunities as they conduct studies through three well-known units: the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute, the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management and our Citrus Center in Weslaco. Master’s degrees are offered in agriculture science, animal science, environmental systems management, plant and soil science, ranch management, and range and wildlife management. A doctor of philosophy is available in wildlife and rangeland sciences and in horticulture.
