Outreach and Engagement Projects (Youth program, Community program, website and social media) will prepare students for federal employment.

LEADING Hispanics Youth Program

Our Youth Program will include tours of university laboratories and facilities, and will include small hands-on scientific experiments to excite the youth about the possibility of FANH degrees and USDA careers.

LEADING Hispanics Community Program

Our program will also provide Community Outreach by training high school teachers on scientific inquiry, USDA career paths, activities they can implement in their classrooms, and other modern concepts in FANH and therefore will impact high school student’s careers.
