The Resources tab is intended to help individuals understand the university’s obligations to respond to sex and gender-based violence, and to provide information regarding other community and national resources.

Throughout the website, the term “victim” is used when referring to the individual who is the recipient of the unwanted contact. Some individuals prefer the term “survivor” while policy language refers to this individual as the “complainant.” Our use of the term “victim” is not intended to refute an individual’s self-identifying term, or to comment on the facts of any allegations.
