CRRSA Act
Texas A&M University-Kingsville has received additional Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF II) through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA), 2021, Public Law 116.260, signed into law by President Donald J. Trump on December 27, 2020. The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund I (HEERF I) was initially established by the CARES Act, which was passed by Congress and signed by President Trump on March 27, 2020.
