You agree to the following Terms and Conditions when you submit the request form below to stay during breaks in the residence halls before the semester officially begins.

1. There is no guest fee for breaks during the long semesters unless you sign up past the posted deadline. (Fall – Thanksgiving Break & Spring – Spring Break)
2. If I sign up after the posted deadline to stay the break then I know that an additional $50 will be added to my student account. 
3. I and any of my visitors will be required to observe all hall rules. A serious violation of the hall rules (including excessive noise) can result in removal from the hall and forfeiture of remaining guest fees. The University may also elect to take further disciplinary action.
4. I understand that not all the residence halls remain open during the breaks and I may be relocated to another room/building during the break.

 

You agree to the following Terms and Conditions when you submit the request form below to stay during breaks in the residence halls before the semester officially begins.

1. My guest fees will be $ 15.00 per night. If I sign up after the posted deadline an additional fee of $50.00 will be added. The total charge for my stay will immediately be added to my Blue&Gold student account. (Make sure you do not submit this form until you are sure about your stay in the halls because the charges will not be removed for any reason after the form has been processed by our office.)  
2. There will be no refund for nights not spent in the hall during my stay.
3. I and any of my visitors will be required to observe all hall rules. A serious violation of the hall rules (including excessive noise) can result in removal from the hall and forfeiture of remaining guest fees. The University may also elect to take further disciplinary action.
4. Due to limited space, private rooms are not granted for the break.
5. There will not be any split break charges.  This means you cannot check out and then back in during the breaks.
6. I understand that requests will be reviewed a few days before the break.
7. I understand that I cannot make arrangements to stay the break if I do not have an assignment for the upcoming semester. (May Break – Summer I assignment, August – Fall assignment, December – Spring assignment)
8. I understand that not all the residence halls remain open during the breaks and I may be relocated to another room/building during the break.
