Texas A&M University-Kingsville Staff Council
Mission
This mission of the Staff Council is to promote a positive, collaborative work environment via assessment, prioritization, and communication of staff needs to achieve the University's strategic goals. This Council represents Texas A&M University-Kingsville staff and reports directly to the University President.
Purpose
The Staff Council will provide a voice and integrate staff perspective by:
- Acting as a conduit for two-way communication between staff and administration.
- Engaging staff and bringing their interests before the administration.
- Identifying university issues and their impact on staff.
- Exploring and researching possible solutions to issues.
- Providing options and recommendations to the University President.
- Interacting with other University councils and committees.
