All TAMUK students are eligible for an undergraduate Certificate in Facilities Management.  The certificate requires 12-hours of coursework, 9 hours of which must be beyond the student's specific degree requirements.  AEEN 3350 (Facility Management) is required.  Engineering majors must take 6 hours outside the College of Engineering, and non-engineering majors must take 6 hours from within the College of Engineering.

AEEN 3350 can also be applied towards the Minor in Construction Management.
