Spring 2020 Final Requirement Online Resources

SOCIAL DISTANCING NOTE: Hardcopies and USBs are NOT required.
We will review the official Word file uploaded to the link below.

The only hardcopy item required is the signature page, which the advisory committee can submit.
All other thesis and dissertation forms are below and route electronically to all needing to sign, and then the final copy comes to Graduate Studies.
Scans of these forms, signed, are also accepted.

The Official Signature Page for the Thesis or Dissertation Manuscript is still being required as an original document, signed in black ink.

**Email drafts of signature templates to the Office of Research and Graduate Studies BEFORE getting signatures in black ink.  Original signatures are still required for this page.  If your committee members are working remotely, or you are remote, they will need to be mailed the signature page to sign, or make arrangements for a minimal contact meeting to sign it, one by one or together, and have them mail it back or submit to Graduate Studies.**
