Check-in with OISSS

All international students and scholars should report immediately to the OISSS once you are in Kingsville.  When you check in, you should bring the following documents with you:

1. Passport with a visa stamp (Canadian students should bring the passport)
2. Form I-20 or DS-2019
3. It is not required but recommended to print your electronic Form I-94
4. If you are a scholar, you will also need to bring the following, along with a copy of your insurance policy with you.
   • Form OISSS-205, Health Insurance Compliance
   • Form OISSS-210, International Scholar Record

OISSS must report your arrival to the US Department of Homeland Security through SEVIS.  If this report is not submitted, you may be considered to be in violation of your status in the United States, so be sure to make the OISSS one of your first stops on campus.

Tuition and Fees 

Payment of tuition and fees will be made directly with the Business Office at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.  There are several options available for making payment of your tuition and fees.  If payment is made with a bank draft, it should be made payable to:  Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
