Retirement Programs (TDA/DCP)
You have a choice of additional optional retirement plans which are intended to supplement your mandatory retirement plan (TRS or ORP) as a Texas A&M University System employee. More information can be found on the Retirement Programs website.
Retirement Webinars
Periodically, our retirement vendors post-financial webinars about saving for retirement, asset planning, and more. Vendor websites are also located on the Retirement Programs website.
Identity Protection through Blue Cross Blue Shield
BCBS offers identity protection services free of charge to current eligible Blue Cross members and their covered dependents enrolled in a Blue Cross health plan (excluding the Graduate Student Employee Health Plan).
These services are provided through Experian as long as you remain employed by (or are retired from) the A&M System and are enrolled in one of the A&M Care Plans. You are not automatically enrolled in these identity protection services. You must sign up with Experian.
Enroll by logging into your MyEvive account to access your Blue Access for Members (BAM) account.
Then click on Identity Protection under the Quick Links and follow the instructions.
There are two different plans, as described below:
ProtectMyID
Employees, retirees, dependent spouses, and dependent children age 18 and over enroll
independently through ProtectMyID for services that include:
- An Experian Credit Report upon sign up
- Choice of email or mail delivery
- Comprehensive educational resources
- Daily 1-Bureau credit monitoring
- U.S.-based customer support 7 days a week
- Online and phone enrollment
- $1 million identity theft insurance
- A fraud resolution team
Family Secure
Once you have enrolled in ProtectMyID, the parent or legal guardian can enroll
dependent children under the age of 18 through Family Secure for services that include:
- An Experian report upon enrollment
- Monitoring children’s personal information for the existence of a credit file
- $2 million product guarantee
- A Fraud resolution service

Then follow the easy steps below:
- Access The Hartford’s EstateGuidance® Will Services online.
- Sign in to the secure site by entering the access code.
- Follow the instructions and create your will.
- Download the final will to your computer and print.
- Obtain signatures and determine if your will should be notarized.
