FAFSA Workshop Information


Need help submitting your FAFSA? Join us for our in person session. 

When: Monday, December 5, 2022 

Where: Library 306B (3rd floor) 

Time: 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM 

 

In order to best help you, we will need a few items:

  • Student FSA ID and Password
  • Student Tax Information and W2’s for the FAFSA specific tax year (if applicable)

Dependent Students:

  • Parents’ FSA ID and Password
  • Parents’ Social Security Numbers
  • Parents’ date of birth
  • Parents’ W-2 for the FAFSA specific tax year
  • Parents’ tax return for the FAFSA specific tax year

Independent Students:

*We highly encourage all students to utilize the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to automatically import your tax information into the FAFSA.

FAFSA is Available: October 1
State Priority Deadline: January 15
Verification Priority Submission: July 1

Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is always free at www.studentaid.gov. Beware of scams as you begin the application process. You never have to pay a fee to submit the FAFSA or pay anyone to help you fill it out.  You must meet the eligibility requirements to qualify for financial aid.
