Angela Ramirez is currently the new Academic Advisor for Agribusiness, Agribusiness RELLIS, Vet Tech, English, Spanish, BAAS, and General Studies. Angela is from Falfurrias, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences. She also received a Masters degree in Counseling & Guidance from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2014.

Angela has been previously employed with Premont ISD as the Elementary Afterschool Site-Coordinator, Texas Department of State Health Services as a Public Health & Prevention Specialist, and the Texas Division of Emergency Management as the Brooks County Liaison Officer.

She is very involved in her community and loves to participate in different events. Angela is a 4-H Club Manager for the Westside Kountry Kids and a member of the Falfurrias Athletic Booster Club. 

When Angela is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her teenage son Cameron and her family. She loves to travel, attend concerts, hunt, and fish.
