Water Resources Research
The Water Resources Research (WRR) Group’s mission is to provide leadership and coordination in the development of issues concerning the quantity and quality of surface-water and groundwater resources and provide support in the application of techniques for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of water data. The WRR group is responsible for: a) conducting research and education in water quantity and quality, b) providing service to the national as well as the local communities, and c) interacting with professional peers in teaching and research. The group also carries out advanced research in design, planning and management of water resources systems and improving water quality under environmental stressors and urbanization (e.g. bioremediation and low impact development).
