Javelina Dining Hall


The Javelina Dining Hall is the main location for students in the dorms to come and eat while on campus. Up on its second floor, two rooms are available for rental. The rooms remain well isolated from sound and fully capable of hosting events for many purposes.

The larger of the two rooms, JDH 200 is set with a fixed amount of chairs and furniture to seat 25. The room is set classroom style, with two chairs to a table, all on wheels. The furniture can be moved in different orientations, but must be returned to the original setting in which it was previously. Finally, a Creston system with a projector allows computer presentations and videos to be played easily via a panel on the wall. This room is useful for those looking to hold presentations, meetings, department trainings, and more. The standard price for renting JDH 200 is $200.

The smaller of the rooms, JDH 201 has enough seating to hold 16. Like Room 200, it has movable furniture and a Creston system to make it easily usable for most meetings, presentations, and other small events. The standard price for renting JDH 201 is $150.
