Class Descriptions

Sunrise Yoga

A beginner's restoration and yin yoga class that is a refreshing and invigorating start to your day. This class has gentle poses and mindful breathwork, designed to enhance flexibility and promote a sense of calm.

Beginner Pilates

In a Pilates beginner class, we move at a slower pace to build a solid Pilates foundation. We focus on form, breathing, and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals. We will use bands, balls, straps, and rings to help achieve this alignment.

Intro to Weights

A great class to start for beginners and those who are new to weightlifting and want to learn proper form and technique. We want you to be able to lift safely to help you reach your fitness goals even faster!

Intro to Strength and Conditioning

A class for more intermediate to advanced members with modifications made for beginners. Here we will focus on a different style of training and how to execute certain Olympic lifts. Trying different styles of training can help you expand your workout split which can help you reach your goals faster.

Yoga Flow

Join us for a series of postures that flow seamlessly, one into the next. Designed as a moving meditation, each Yoga Flow class is unique. We'll explore the ease of strength, tensile flexibility, balancing within precarious scenarios, and being present both in movement and stillness.

Zumba

Zumba classes combine Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning form of workout for people of all fitness levels. This effective fitness system features aerobic training that is a fusion of slow and fast rhythms to tone and sculpt your body.
