Appeal Form
All fields are required. Missing information may result in rejection of your application. This Appeal Form is only for late registration/payment fees, payment processing fines, excessive hour fees, or guaranteed tuition rate disputes. Appeals of late fees must be made within 30 days of the date of the charge as shown in MoneyConnect.
Please note that all parking appeals should be filed through JNET – Campus Resources – Parking Spot in order for SGA to review. The Business Office does not review parking citation appeals.
Mandatory fees are assessed to all students regardless of physically attending classes on campus.
Students interested in waiving certain fees allowable by the Online Distance Fee Waiver are able to apply through the FAQ website until the 20th class day of Fall/Spring or 4th class day of Summer II.
Appeals for denial of the Online Distance Fee Waiver are no longer accepted. Students must strictly meet eligibility guidelines, as alternate arrangements with professors are no longer exceptions.
